Independent Instructor may teach classes or private lessons or run their own dance company on a per hour basis. It's simple, it's your time, and you may conduct business just for your dance school. You may rent our 25' x 17' wooded floor and mirrors dance space for your dance company or dance clients for only $25 per hour, weekdays 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturdays 3:00 to 7:30 pm.
